Feeding homeless in downtown Detroit

In Acts 1:8, Jesus told the disciples to go on mission in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and the uttermost parts of the earth. We have a responsibility to carry out the same mandate that Jesus gave to his disciples. Our goal is to be involved in domestic and foreign mission trips every year.

This year we are organizing our mission trip to serve with Toronto Baptist Ministries in Toronto, Canada, which is located 220 miles from Macomb, MI. The dates will be late July or early August. If you would like more information, please contact Sue Hodnett at shodnett@bluewatersbc.org.

Every spring, our church collects a special offering in which everything that is collected goes toward church planting and other non-profit organizations in the southeastern Michigan. You can get involved now by taking home a Greater Things bucket so that throughout the year, you can put lose change and bills in your bucket.
